Through our in-house engineers, we strive to develop energy-efficient buildings whilst minimizing environmental impact, and build in accordance with the accepted green building rating systems and or standards in all of our regions of operation.

LEED/BREEAM Certified Facilities

In the United States, Prologis launched an initiative to develop all new facilities to comply with LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - standards and to date, 16 facilities are LEED certified buildings. In the U.K., Prologis is committed to developing facilities that meet the standards of BREEAM - Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method - and 11 buildings are BREEAM certified.
